Snow Pictures!

On Sunday, I did an impromptu shoot in the snow with an adorable family with their one year old. The sun was setting, and the snow was still falling, but we managed to get about 15 minutes of shooting in before it got too dark. Here are a couple of my favorites. Perfect photos for a Christmas card!

What a Sweetie!

Today I did an in home shoot with a 3 month old named Claire. She was such a sweetheart to work with! I used all natural lighting for her entire session and the images have such a soft, sweet tone to them because of it. Well, not to mention that she is just adorable! Here's a collage I made with some of her images. I haven't even edited these yet.... it's just a first draft:

30 minute outdoor Fall pictures

If you're not sure if 30 minutes is enough time for a family shoot, think again! I got lots of great pictures of this young family with their 1 year old, Anastacia. And for a toddler that young, 30 minutes was just the right amount of time! For just $100 for a 30 minute session, where you get to pick out 8 digital files of your choosing, what excuse do you have for not getting those yearly family portraits made?! And Fall is the perfect time for outdoor portraits.... before it gets too cold,... and before the Holidays make our lives crazy! Take a look!

Last Weekend

Last weekend I worked with a wonderful family to do some in home portraits of their little 1 year old, Eli. I was honored to do Eli's newborn portraits a year ago, and to see him again after almost 12 months was really neat. He was such a joy to work with... a very happy little man as you can see. I mainly used natural lighting, and I think you'll agree that the images have a very warm and intimate feel from using their home as a backdrop.
